was incorporated in the State of Michigan, November 1996.
Michael L. Kelly,
President, has been in the environmental industry since 1982. Mike
brings his expertise to EME after a long and successful stay with a
national environmental contracting company, where he was a hands-on
Project Manager/ Estimator.
Don DeRoo, Vice President of Business Development, was the previous
owner of Cherry Hill Heating & Cooling. Don built Cherry Hill into a
multi-million dollar residential and commercial HVAC business prior
to selling the business to Blue.Dot, a national HVAC Contractor. Don
brings his administrative and business development skills to EME.
Mike and Don along with the rest of the EME team have completed
projects up to $250,000 with 20 man crews and are experienced
dealing with sensitive issues, difficult construction schedules and
managing clients needs.

Founder/President. Mike started EME in 1997 with 10+ years of
successful experience as a senior project supervisor for a large
environmental firm. He developed an organization based on

business experience (10 years owning his own company) and
focuses on business development, human resources and process

Robert Mason - Project Manager. Robert has been with EME since 1997 with
carpentry skills and an extensive background in lead-based paint
and asbestos abatement. Keys to Success - Attention to

Stuart Yankee - Project Manager.
EME welcomes Stuart as the newest member of the team. Stuart
brings years of experience both in the environmental and
business field servicing large commercial projects.

Jeff Cheney - Project
Manger/Estimator. Jeff has been with EME
since 1999 with emphasis on asbestos abatement and pipe
re-insulation. Keys to Success - My “hands on”
experience in the industry allows me to communicate effectively
with our crews and customers. |

Dave Silva - Project Manager/Estimator.
Dave joined EME in 2005 and is highly experienced with servicing large clients for
asbestos, lead-based paint and mold projects. Keys to
Success - Being able to coordinate between the client, the
office and the crew, with the client needs being foremost. |

Stacey Supanich - Project Manager/Estimator.
Stacey joined EME's team in 2005 and is extensively trained in
mold remediation including a CIE designation (Certified Indoor
Environmentalist) and qualified in infrared thermography
