Wonderland Mall in Livonia will only be a memory. Built in 195 This million square foot structure will give way to a 203,000 square foot Wal-Mart Superstore, 126,000 square foot Target and up to 40 small shops and eateries. The latest schedule has the first stores opening in late 2007. EME is working in cooperation with ADAMO Demolition (Detroit) and ATC Associates, (Novi) environmental consultants, to prep this building for a take down. Schostak Brothers and Company has worked diligently to get this deal done despite some select community opposition. EME looks forward to a safe and successful project. |

GETTING THE LEAD OUT! EME has secured a number a lead hazard remediation projects this spring, through the Michigan Department of Community Health Lead Hazard Remediation Program. The majority of projects require window and door replacements as well as paint stabilization encapsulation on porch floors, wall repairs, stairways, window casements, door jams and outdoor structures.
